Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues or for defective or incorrect products.
Customers can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery at contact@olyn.in.
Exchange Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- The item must not show any signs of wear or damage
- Rs. 150/- will be applied as a shipping and processing charge
Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, the exchange will be processed.
If the requested size or product is not available, the amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
