Shipping policy

Customers will be required to pay Rs. 199 as a partial payment while placing a COD order. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery. This step is being implemented to ensure genuine orders and smoother delivery operations.

Orders placed Monday through Saturday will be processed on the same or the following business day and will be shipped on the same day.

We partner with the best courier companies globally and will choose the one that is most efficient in your PIN code.

It takes 3-4 working days for a shipment to reach metro cities in India. Up to 4-5 working days to any non-metro locations in India.

We will provide you with tracking information on WhatsApp once your order is shipped, so you can track the real-time progress of your shipment.

You can submit your cancellation by connecting with O’LYN mail support.

Cancellations will only be possible till the order is not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once order is dispatched, you can’t cancel it.

In case any product says Out Of Stock, it means the product is in manufacturing and will arrive within one week. We notify you and manage your waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis.
