Return Policy

  1. Return & Store Credit Policy

    Customers can request a return within 5 days of delivery if the product meets our return eligibility criteria. Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds for returned items.

    Once the returned product passes our quality check, the amount will be credited to the customer’s OLYN account as store credit. This store credit can be used to place a new order on our website.

    The store credit will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue. After this period, the credit will automatically expire.

    Store credit can only be used for purchases on our website and cannot be transferred or converted into cash.

  2. You can get in touch with us about any issues at contact@olyn.in. All queries will be solved between Monday and Saturday, 11 am- 6 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.

  3. Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.

 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in case of size issues or if you receive a defective or incorrect product.

Customers can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery at contact@olyn.in.

Exchange Eligibility

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  2. All tags and original packaging must be intact
  3. The item must not show any signs of wear or damage
  4. Rs. 150/- will be applied as a shipping and processing charge

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, the exchange will be processed.

If the requested size or product is not available, the amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Note: Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Self-shipping for return

  1. In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the O’LYN WAREHOUSE. (Address can be asked through contact@olyn.in)
  2. Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit, and the order ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original TAGS attached and packaging intact. We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return, as they are not reliable, and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Cancellations/Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified (change number, address, product style or size) if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Email us at contact@olyn.in  to request changes.
