Once you place a COD order, you will get a verification call from our logistics team within the next 12-24 hours for the verification of your COD order placed to prove that the order received is genuine and not invalid.
Orders placed Monday through Saturday will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped same days.
We partner with the best courier companies globally and will choose the one that is most efficient in your PIN code.
It takes 3-4 working days for a shipment to reach metro cities in India. Up to 4-5 working days to any non-metro locations in India. International shipments take 10-14 working days to reach most western countries.
We will provide you with tracking information on whatsapp once your order is shipped, so you can track the real-time progress of your shipment.

You can submit your cancellation by connecting with O’LYN mail support.
Cancellations will only be possible till the order is not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once order is been dispatched, you can’t cancel it.
In case any product says Out Of Stock, it means the product is in manufacturing and will arrive within one weeks. We notify you and manage your waiting list on a first-come-first-served basis.
